ALIVE is lovingly made with heirloom Arbequina and Arbosana olives and harvested early by a master miller onsite in a certified organic mill. The olives are milled within 90 minutes of being hand-picked before the olive oil is cold-pressed. Our rigorous standards mean tastier, healthier oils; we aim for each bite to leave you shining a little brighter.
ALIVE comes in a 375 ML/12.7 fl oz glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the extra virgin olive oil from damaging light.
Tasting Notes: Nutty, green tomato, green pear, smooth.
Enjoy With: Spinach and arugula salads, kale and greens, dressings and marinades, hummus, baked goods and drizzled on sorbet or chocolate.
