Due to the limited nature of our stock, high-touch customer service, and high-level curation and styling, HAVEN merchandise is only eligible for exchange or store credit. While we understand that you have other shopping options with perhaps less friction, we appreciate you making the conscious decision to shop small and support our women-owned business whenever you can. In Store Purchases
Merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must have original tags, be unworn, and accompanied by a receipt. All discounted (sale) items, jewelry, swimsuits, vintage items, undergarments, and apothecary/soaps are final sale.
Store credit is issued via physical or digital gift card and does not expire.
Merchandise purchased online is eligible for exchange or store credit within 5 days of receiving your online purchase.
Please email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order to be issued an exchange or store credit. All returns that do not meet the 5-day requirement will not be considered for exchange or store credit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the rare case that an item is received defective or damaged, shipping costs for delivery and return will always be compensated by HAVEN.
Upon acceptance of the return package, exchanges or gift cards will be processed and issued within 2 business days, at which time you will be notified by email.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange requests that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
Discount Codes & Temporary Promotions
Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Current offers may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping costs, or taxes. Discounts are always applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your packages once they are in the hands of our designated mail carrier (UPS or USPS). Haven is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order during checkout.
