AWAKE is lovingly made with hand-harvested heirloom California Arbequina olives which are cold-pressed by a master miller within 90 minutes of harvest. Rigorous standards mean taster, healthier oils.
Tasting Notes: Herbaceous, green grassy, artichoke, complex.
Use in homemade soups and stews, hearty pastas, warm bread, baked potatoes, roast chicken, roast veggies, fried eggs and crispy potatoes.
