Return Policy

In Store Purchases

Effective December 1, 2022, merchandise is eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Merchandise must have original tags, be unworn, and accompanied by a receipt. All discounted (sale) items, jewelry, swimsuits, vintage items, undergarments, and apothecary/soaps are final sale. 

Store credit is issued via physical or digital gift card and does not expire.

Holiday return policy: All gifts purchased on or before December 24th, 2022 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 7th, 2023. 

Online Purchases

Merchandise is eligible for exchange within 5 days of receiving your online purchase for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Please email allie@shophavencollective within 5 days of receiving your order to be issued an exchange or store credit. All returns that do not meet the 5-day requirement will not be considered for exchange or store credit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the rare case that an item is received defective or damaged, shipping costs for delivery and return will always be compensated by HAVEN. 

Upon acceptance of the return package, exchanges or gift cards will be processed and issued within 2 business days, at which time you will be notified by email.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange requests that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Discount Codes & Temporary Promotions

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Current offers may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping costs, or taxes. Discounts are always applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.

Lost package?

We ship via UPS and USPS which provide secure and easily trackable methods of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We will not be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

*48 Hour Designer Policy*

For interior designers, we offer an extended 48 hour return policy on furniture to ensure that the piece properly fits in the intended space. For more details, please email or inquire in one of our locations.
